Summarize Comments sometimes gives error message to install the Japanese Language Support package
With Acrobat 6.0 Pro on Windows 2000, for some pdfs with comments, when I try to "Summarize Comments", I get the Acrobat error message that an error has occured that may be fixed by installing the lastest Japanese Language Support package. Installing the lastest Japanese Language Support package does not solve the problem. Also, the pdfs don't explicitly include any Japanese Language elements.
Any suggestions on what's causing the problem and what fixes the problem?
Has anyone else seen this problem?
