missing pdf button - internet explorer AA6.0 pro
The pdf conversion button in Internet Explorer disappeared. Uninstalling & reinstalling does not retrieve it. Although present in the view, clicking it does not make it appear on the tool bar. I am using WindowsXp Professional. Help.
