The movie format is not compatible with anything wxcept Fuji's software, probably. You must bring them into your computer using the proprietary software that came with the camera. Output the movies in a standard format like QuickTime.
If you want to make movies, get a video camera. Using digital still camera to make movies is not a good idea if you want to be serious about this.
